Musikverein offers a wide-ranging programme for all school years. Through staged and presented concerts, visits to dress rehearsals and meetings with our artists, we work together to build lasting bridges into the world of music.
Albertos Abenteuer
In ‘Albertos Abenteuer’, primary school classes embark on musical journeys of discovery with musicians from the Bruckner Orchestra Linz. Under the guidance of musician and music teacher Albert Landertinger, the children can sing along, dance along and even take part on stage – bringing the adventurous stories to life!

Every year, the European Concert Hall Organisation names outstanding young musicians as ‘Rising Stars’. For one season, they tour the major concert halls of Europe.

Conductors, soloists and orchestra musicians provide personal insights into their everyday lives during artist talks. Teachers are provided with introductions to the works so that they can prepare for the event in class.

At this year's music society festival, we are dedicating ourselves to the greatest hits and stars in a spectacular orchestral concert. Because even though fame is measured in clicks and likes these days, stars have been around for almost as long as music itself. Look forward to a musical flurry of flashbulbs, big emotions and a little bit of immortality.
