Terms and conditions of participation

The organiser and other persons involved in the event accept no liability whatsoever for accidents, injuries or damage to persons or property, regardless of the cause. Each participant is aware of the health and other risks and circumstances associated with taking part in the tours and expressly confirms upon registration that they are participating at their own risk and responsibility. No liability is accepted for lost items.

Children requiring supervision may only attend the event when accompanied by adults who are responsible for them.

The participant grants the organiser the exclusive right, unlimited in terms of time, space and content, to reproduce, distribute, publicly display and make available to the public, without any claim to remuneration, the photographs and audiovisual recordings taken of him/her: photographs and audiovisual recordings made of them offline (e.g. in print) and online using all current or future reproduction devices, to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, offer for retrieval and pass on to third parties.

The General Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy of the Gesellschaft der Musikfreunde in Wien apply. The place of jurisdiction is Vienna.
